Prepare and paint the outside of a bungalow and garage in Brixham. Lots of peeling paint and blown render.
Once all the ivy had been removed I wash the walls with a fungicidal wash and removed and repaired any loose render. I then painted all masonry with a stabilising solution to seal any flaking render. Finally, I applied 2 coats of good quality masonry paint.
